The crash course covers the math portion of the real estate exam, making this topic one of the most important for any exam candidate to master. During this four-hour session, we'll talk about calculating commissions, navigate through finance problems including points, and discuss proration questions . Maria began her real estate career in 2003 as a real estate agent in Ohio. She is licensed in Ohio, Florida, Alabama, Virginia, and Kentucky. She is currently a Real Estate Broker at 1st Class Real Estate Expert Realtors in Philpot, Kentucky; Managing Broker at Renwick Realty in Middletown, Ohio; Associate Broker at 1st Class Real Estate Premier Homes in Ashland, Virginia; and is a broker in both Florida and Alabama. Maria also is a licensed real estate instructor in Florida and teaches finance and appraisal in Ohio.
